Rooty Hill Masjid is strategically situated at the corner of Duke Street and Woodstock Avenue, Mount Druitt, NSW, in the western part of Sydney Metropolitan area. It is a Jamia (Central) Masjid of many suburbs of Western Sydney and a hub for Muslim community in the area.

We are in the process of renovating Rootyhill masjid, one of the largest masajids in Sydney. Since the completion of the Masjid some 25 years ago, this is the first time that we are carrying out major renovation. The roof, ceiling and court yard cover has been completed and we are now in the process of building new wudu facilities and tiling the courtyard area.

Ramadan is the time where we should spend  money for charity and for masajids, as virtues are  increased 70 folds and upto 700 times . Allhamdollilah you have a huge opportunity to spend some money for Allahs house.
The most beloved of places to Allah is the masjid. It is narrated in Sahi bukhari ‘ whoever builds a masjid for Allah, Allah will build him likewise in Paradise.

We have thousands of musaalis attending the masjid. We need additional space, hence the reason we are tiling the court yard area of the masjid to increase the capacity for prayers. You have once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase one or more Musallah spaces for yourself, your family members and more importantly for your deceased family members. One musallah space will cost $500.

You can  directly deposit into IAWSS account. Deposit reference should be ‘Musallah’ for $500 amounts or any donations for Wudu area as ‘Renovations’. We may NOT get another chance to spend any money for this masjid in our lifetime again.
