With the current NSW Restrictions and Lockdown, it’s been officially announced that Public Places of Worship including Mosques must be closed till 9th of July or until further notice.

We have been engaging with the NSW Health Department today, and awaited for this specific announcement on public places of worship before sending this message.

We advise to keep the Islamic ritual of Athan and one person holding the five daily prayers at the Masjid *without* public gatherings.

We ask Allah to make it easy upon us all and alleviate this pandemic.
